- The full amount will be refunded back to the original payment method and currency.

- If the course content or any part of it has been accessed, the refund request will be rejected.

 

- Refunds will not be issued for purchases made due to user error.

 

- Reasons for dissatisfaction must be specified in the refund request.

 

- Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within a week.

 

- The administration reserves the right to reject unreasonable or unsubstantiated refund claims.
